Orders will be packed within 1-2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped. Australia Post delivery times as follows:
- NSW: 2-3 business days
- Rest of Australia: 3-6 business days
Exchange and Refund policy:
Merchandise items can be swapped for another size, stock permitting. Customer must pay return shipping fee and the product must be in its original condition with tags attached. TO initiate an exchange, please email merch@bicyclingaustralia.com.au.
No refunds will be provided unless the product is faulty.
